1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Story Land mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not use the App.

2. Service Description

Story Land is an interactive reading app designed for children. It offers a digital library of children's books, read-aloud narrations, and features to track reading progress and achievements.

3. User Accounts

Certain features require an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account;
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials;
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account;
• Log out after each session on shared devices.

4. Intellectual Property

All app content, including texts, images, audio narrations, and code, is our property or licensed to us and protected by copyright and other laws. You retain ownership of any content you upload to the App. By uploading, you grant Story Land a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display the content for service provision.

5. Prohibited Activities

When using the App, you must not:

• Violate any laws or regulations;
• Infringe others' intellectual property;
• Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content;
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the App;
• Use the App for unauthorized commercial purposes.

6. Subscription and Payment

Premium features are available through subscriptions managed by RevenueCat and the Google Play Store. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access at our discretion, without notice, for any violation of these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the App is error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Story Land is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time and will post updates in the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
